- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum (1yrs - 2 yrs) of exp in recruitment ( BPO/ITES/Healthcare/AR callers hiring)
- Strong experience in sourcing through job portals(Naukri,Monster and other free websites)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in BPO hiring /experience in consultancy will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners would be preferred
- Working days ( Monday to Friday)
